Michael Youngblood
CEO & Co-Founder of Unsettled
Michael Youngblood is the co-founder of Unsettled and a lifelong entrepreneur who has always pursued adventure and growth in his career and lifestyle. He’s founded an eco-tourism company to guide people into the backcountry, researched innovation at MIT, and taught entrepreneurship on behalf of the U.S. State Department.
He’s currently the CEO of Unsettled, where his work has been featured in dozens of media publications including the NYT’s, Forbes, Outside Magazine, and many more. When he’s not leading Unsettled, Michael can be found in the backcountry mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, sailing, or exploring any way he can be active. Pedro Costa
Director of Unsettled Collective
Pedro Costa is a lifelong learner and purpose-driven builder who has always used curiosity and creativity to design new paths forward. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, he’s co-founded a social business that empowered low-income craftswomen, led operations at a fintech startup, and managed learning ecosystems at one of Latin America’s most respected companies, Natura.
A Lifestyle Incubator alumni, he’s now supporting Unsettled’s mission to build a digital ecosystem for growth, meaning, and shared adventure. When he’s not learning something new, you can find him biking around the city, cooking or playing keyboard games with friends, swimming in the ocean, hiking in nature, or chasing his next great adventure.

Clara Mastronardi
Unsettled Director of Operations
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Clara is a global soul with a flair for adventure and exploration. Before joining Unsettled, she spent 6 years coordinating and producing events for art fairs, galleries and cultural institutions around Buenos Aires as a passionate leader in the arts. In 2017 she made the move and left her job with the Argentine Ministry of Culture to learn the art of living Unsettled.Her travels took her through Southeast Asia and she returned home and joined Unsettled as a Location Manager, sharing the rich art, culture, and creative scenes of Buenos Aires.
She then ran retreats for Unsettled as an Experience Leader in Argentina, Peru and Bali. She recently made Patagonia her new home, where she works remotely as Unsettled’s Director of Operations and spends her spare time hiking, rock climbing, sharing a meal with friends, and tracking down new adventures

Lynne Scullard (AKA “Scully”)
Unsettled Global Experience Leader
A Cape Town native, Lynne’s career has been filled with projects aimed at reducing unemployment, increasing skills transfer, and developing human potential in a desire to live a “life less ordinary.”
She is the founder of many firsts in South Africa, including the first in-cinema coffee bar, the first pizzeria in Soweto, and Scully Scooters, South Africa’s first business-on-a-bike scooter employment initiative.
An avid traveler and Unsettled Experience Leader, she is drawn to anything that lets her experience new cultures, places, and people (preferably on a scooter herself!). She is a Certified Entrepreneur Mentor who loves partnering in the development stage of new and growing businesses. Ask her about her own life journey, including her days as a ski bum and sous chef, and find her zipping around as she runs Unsettled’s Cape Town retreats!
