Working Group: Leaders Community Design Session
The regional arm of a Fortune 50 company recently engaged with Remote Labs to lead a design session for their leadership development working group. Over the space of a 2-hour workshop, we guided the working group on how to build community within their group of 300+ regional leaders and managers. The content addressed challenges, resources, desired impacts, and resulted in four collaboratively created proposed solutions to be implemented by the working group going forward.

The Power Of Play: An Unsettled Remote Labs Collaboration
The R&D branch of a Fortune 10 company worked with us to create and host a half-day virtual team learning event built around understanding and exploring the original theme of “The Power of Play”. We brought in outside authors, psychologists, and even the founder of a creativity-focused NGO to speak on the importance of play in our daily lives, and its surprising connection to creativity, productivity, and positive work engagement. Unsettled facilitated a hands-on virtual survival game to help employees better understand their teamwork and leadership styles. The event was open to the fully remote team of 600, spread across the US, and was used to unlock knowledge, build new connections, and open insights related to the innovation needs that were top of mind for this team.
