I’m currently ‘homeless’! After Bali, I’m going back to stay with my parents in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia… doesn’t sound like much fun especially after 19 years away in Dubai… but Saudi Arabia is changing. I’ll test that out for myself while I figure out where my next ‘home’ will be.
What do you do for work?
I worked in Management Consulting and Strategy Development. I’m also a certified NLP coach and an mBrainer – get in touch if you’re intrigued to know more about that.
When do you feel most alive?
When I meet like-minded people and have deep, inspiring conversations about self-discovery, growth, home, and life’s purpose. I also love being in nature: trekking, camping, hiking… and most of all, DANCING.
Reason for joining Unsettled?
I’m on a 6-month sabbatical and Unsettled Bali is my 2nd month. I wanted to meet interesting people, make new friends, and be in nature away from big cities, while I contemplate my next step and connect with myself.
Living Unsettled to me means…
Embracing the fact that nothing is under control and living every day as it comes with no/very minimal attachment to things, places and people. It’s about being comfortable with just going with the flow and letting go of lists and planning…
