Unsettled: Tokyo

Your bags are packed. You’re ready to go. You’ve made the right choice — now get ready for Unsettled: Tokyo! Your spot is held as soon as you make your payment. Payments are refundable less a $100 cancellation fee up to 60 days before the retreat begins. Up to 45 days before your retreat, a full refund will be given less a $500 deposit, which can be applied one time and at no cost, to another Unsettled retreat that starts within 6 months of your original retreat. No transfers or refunds are available 45 days before a retreat starts. By making a payment, you agree to Unsettled’s terms and conditions.

As soon as you book, you can start making your travel arrangements. Your retreat runs from March 14th – March 21st, 2020. A few weeks before your retreat start date, we will start sending out more location specific information including an Unsettled Guide, packing list, some travel FAQs, and more. Before then you can read our general FAQs for information about the things that are you responsibility such as booking tickets, getting travel insurance, sorting out your visa requirements, and making sure your passport is valid. This info is important so please make sure it doesn’t get lost in your inbox 🙂

Here is what comes next…

As you start to think about your plans, keep in mind the larger process you are a part of. Before your retreat departure, we’ll be sending out a number of important emails to get you ready for your adventure by connecting you to the purpose, place, and people involved in this experience. Some of the other things you can expect to get from us between now and our start date are:

• A Living Unsettled Guide to get you familiar with our community, values, and what it’s like to live Unsettled.
• An Unsettled Tokyo Guide, packing list, and survey for you to share your arrival details with us as well as any allergies, or dietary restrictions (etc.)
• An email to introduce your local Unsettled team on the ground.
• The opportunity to add on airport pick up and transfer upon your arrival for an additional cost.
• Full arrival logistics and details (where to meet us) the week before we start.
• A WhatsApp group invite which kicks off 2-3 days before arrival
• A City Pack upon arrival (including a local transport card & check-in details)
