WORK:
I was working for a non-profit in Colombia and am currently applying for work after relocating back to the States.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL MOST ALIVE?
I love learning and soaking up information but I’m not the best student and don’t like tests/papers so I prefer getting my education about history and cultures through international travel, books, movies, music and talking to locals.

SUPERPOWER: 
I’m a travel partner extraordinaire.

WHY DID YOU JOIN UNSETTLED?
I was spending my days doing nothing but applying for jobs and feeling sorry for myself that I was unhappy and didn’t know what I wanted to do. I decided I needed to get back to a positive headspace by going abroad and getting in touch with my true passions and interests.

Living Unsettled to me means taking a month to focus on myself and my interests with a group of interesting people from diverse backgrounds. I’m more motivated to explore my hobbies and skills like learning Portuguese, surfing, yoga and photography than I would be if I were traveling alone. Saying “yes” to (almost) everything. Each day is different and exciting with positive and fun people.
