What do you do for work?
I’m a digital strategy freelancer. I was working for one of Toronto’s top digital advertising agencies, but I quit in September this year, went to Medellin with Unsettled, and started to freelance upon my return.

What are you most passionate about?
I recently became an NLP master practitioner and a meditation facilitator, so I’m exploring different ways in which I can incorporate these in the workshops of my side business, Nomad, creating and designing experiences that expand the mind and inspire self-discovery.

Reason for joining Unsettled?
I realized that my old routine, the rate race, and living life on autopilot were making me unhappy. I felt like a zombie, just going through the motions. I needed to make a change! Unsettled was the perfect reason to quit my job, finally. I was looking for a community, for a connection. I needed to step out of my routine in order to see myself and my life from a different angle, which opened my eyes to new avenues.

What does being Unsettled mean to you?
Being Unsettled means being fully awake, and living in the moment. It means feeling the fear but doing it anyway.
